Run Report

Generate reports for groups of selected students or an individual student by selecting the Run Report option and then one of the six different reports available.

            1.         ELAP for ELLs – English Language Acquisition Plan that contains LIEP goals for the selected content areas as well as the selected accommodations.

            2.        Parent Notifications – Parental notification letters.

            3.        Monitoring – Monitoring reports for 1st-4th Year Proficient students.

            4.        Test Score History – Report displaying selected student’s test scores.

            5.        Accommodations Checklist – Louisiana Department of Education document.

    • Students Dropdown

      Students Select ‘All Filtered Results’ to run the selected report for all students in the filter. Select ‘Selected Students’ to run the selected report for only the students that are highlighted in the student list.

    • Accommodations Checklist

      Accommodations Checklist The Accommodations Checklist report generates a report modeled after the Louisiana Department of Education Accommodations Checklist. · Multiple PDFs (ZIP file) will create an individual file for each student selected.

    • Portfolio Tab

      All of the previous data is available to be printed by selecting the corresponding box(es) and clicking Create Report.
